On 17.11.2022, group of 30 students from Jaipur School of Law along with the faculty members namely Dr. Mahendra Tiwari (Dean), Dr. Mani Kumar Meena, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Jangir, Mr. Swet Raj Pareek, Mrs. Apoorva Khandelwal & Mr. Suresh Kumar Sharma as a clinical activity / field visit had visited District & Session Court, Sawai Madhopur for acknowledging the students with the atmosphere of the Court and to make them well aware about the proceedings of the court. Students along with Faculty went in the Court of Hon’ble Additional District Judge. Students were highly motivated visiting Sawai Madhopur District and Session Court. Court of Hon’ble Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate POCSO Court where Statement of Victim party / Witness was being recorded. From the limelight of the media coverage ‘Phool Mohamed Murder’ case was also discussed and studied in which 30 accused were awarded Life Imprisonment by Special Judge SC / ST Court Ms. Pallavi Sharma. Completing the educational trip students visited Trinetra Ganesh Temple, Ranthambore which has been declared to be of national importance under the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1956. The whole educational trip was followed by lunch at Hotel the Tiger Heritage, Ranthambore.
