On 31.08.2019, around 30 students of Jaipur School of Law along with the faculty members namely Dr. Mahendra Tiwari (Pro-President) Dean, Dr. Aniruddha Ram, Dr. Mani Kumar Meena, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Jangir & Mr. Suresh Kumar Sharma visited District & Session Court, Bharatpur for acknowledging the Students with the atmosphere of the Court and to make them well aware about the proceedings of the court.
We reached the Bharatpur District & Session Court at 11:30 am. After reaching the Court, Students were directed to explore the Court premises. Some of them along with Faculty went in the Court of Hon’ble Additional District Judge Mr. Ashok Kumar Tank who was very welcoming and was happy to see that Law students are taking their career seriously and making court visits which are necessary for law students to develop. He also told the students the wide range of law and what is the difference between theoretical and practical knowledge of law, it was a kind of interactive session with him. Students were highly motivated by each and every word spoken by him. Later on the Students explored different types of court in Bharatpur District and Session Court like: Court of Hon’ble Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ms. Ajanta Agarwal, POCSO Court where Statement of Victim party/Witness was being recorded. After that students along with peon distributed the booklets that the Jaipur School of Law got printed in the name of Maharaj Vinayak Global University and under which all important acts of Law which is very often used by the Courts are distributed among the Advocates.
