Vacancy for Teaching Staff in the Department of Special Education

The University requires Following Teaching Faculty for the Department of Special Education in the speciality of –

(1) M.Ed Special Education (Visual Impairment)

(2) B.Ed Special Education (Visual Impairment)  

(3) B.Ed.M.Ed. Special Education Integrated (Intellectual Disability)*

(4) D.Ed  Special Education (Intellectual Developmental Disability)*.

Qualification

1.    Professor – Qualification:- (i) Master’s Degree in any discipline with 50% marks, (ii) M.Ed. Degree in specific disability area with not less than 55% of marks.(iii) Ph. D. in Special Education or Education with research emphasis on Special Education (iv) Teaching Experience minimum 8 years) .

2.   Associate Professor Qualification:- (i) Master’s Degree in any discipline with 50% marks, (ii) M.Ed. Degree in specific disability area with not less than 55% of marks. (iii) Ph.D. in Special Education or Education with research emphasis on Special Education. (iv) Teaching Experience – 8 Years).

*3. Assistant Professors – Qualifications

a)    Masters Degree in any discipline with 50% of marks, M.Ed. Degree in specific disability area with not less than 55% of marks. Teaching Experience -3 Years or Fresh Candidates.

b)    MA/M.Sc. with M.Ed. Spl. Ed. (ID) with 2yrs Classroom teaching and 2 years as faculty or B.Ed. Spl. Ed. (ID) with 3yrs Classroom teaching and 3 years as faculty.
