Maharaj Vinayak Global University, established under The Maharaj Vinayak Global University Act no. 6 of 2012, enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislative Assembly, Government of Rajasthan, is duly recognized by UGC under the provisions of Section 2(f) of the University Grants Commission Act, 1958
The Dental Council of India was incorporated under The Dentists Act, 1948 to regulate dental education and the profession throughout India.
The Indian Nursing Council is a national regulatory body for nurses and nursing education in India. It is an autonomous body under the Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, constituted by the Central Government under section 3(1) of the Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 of Indian Parliament.
Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP)
Indian Association of Physiotherapists is a registered body in India, with over 30,000 Physiotherapists. It is an ISO 9001: 2015 certified association. The body is controlled by a board of elected office bearers.
AIOTA and WFOT
All India Occupational Therapist Association (AIOTA) was founded in the year 1958. AIOTA was also one of the founder council members of World Federation of Occupational Therapy (WFOT) which too came into existence in 1952. The Federation supported the development, use, and practice of occupational therapy worldwide.
The Bar Council of India is a statutory body that regulates and represents the Indian Bar. It was created by Parliament under the Advocates Act, 1961. It prescribes standards of professional conduct and ethics in legal studies.
The Pharmacy Council of India (PC) is the statutory body of Government of India Constituted under the Pharmacy Act. 1948.
The Rajasthan National Council for Teachers Education is recognized for diploma and degree courses.
