Our Society

Maharaj Vinayak Society, registered in January 1998 under the Rajasthan Societies Act-1958, was conceived with the sole aim of initiating organs for human welfare. Ever since its inception, MVS has established various institutions to provide complete, contemporary and comprehensive care and treatment of medical & dental ailments for the people of Rajasthan & its neighboring States.

The Jaipur Dental College, popularly known as JDC, owned and promoted by MVS was set up in the year 2000, to impart high quality, concurrent dental education to all its student thereby creating a breed of exceptionally skilled, technically abreast & innovative dentists. Dental services are required by 94% of the population but are not within affordable limits of a large segment of our population. Jaipur Dental College is providing free dental treatment to the weaker and needy segment of our society. The Maharaj Vinayak General Hospital, also set up by MVS, was an endeavor to provide the community with total medical & dental care and treatment.

Likewise, its Jaipur Nursing College was set up in 2001 with a purpose of equipping the medical field with qualified & trained nursing professionals to ensure better healing processes.

The next achievement of MVS, in the year 2004 was establishment of Rajasthan’s first college of Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy for training students in the alternative healing systems. These therapies, being an integral part of the rehabilitative & therapeutic supplements of the medical profession, are extensively in demand. The most recent achievement is MDS course in all 9 specialties has been recognized by Dental Council of India. In year 2009-10 Jaipur Nursing College got permission to start Master of Science in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing) in Community Health Nursing and Mental Health Nursing. Jaipur Nursing College got permission to start Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing and General Nursing & Midwifery.

In addition to spreading its arms by promoting individual bodies, MVS is engaged in opening up new avenues for future growth in the sector of medical & dental care and treatment. It aims to meet the growing needs of medical education & concurrent health needs with the latest technologies in restorative treatments.

Maharaj Vinayak Society got the status of a self-financing private university in the name and style “Maharaj Vinayak Global University” in the year 2012.

Very promisingly, the MVS is heading day by day towards a newer vision of future with improvised prospects.
