“Physiotherapy is a noble profession which aims at adding life to the years added for a patient”. To achieve that goal Maharaj Vinayak Global University has pledged to deliver to the society highly qualified and best known professionals in Physiotherapy.
The course of Physiotherapy in MVGU is affiliated with IAP since 2004. Initially it had the recognition of Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) until 2012 when MVGU became an Independent University. It is a UGC recognised university now.
Initially we started with Under Graduate (BPT) program. With the professional advancements and excellent curricular response we started our Post Graduate (MPT) as well as Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in the year 2012. In 2018 we have started Fellowship programme (FP) in order to improve physiotherapist’s skills. Since 2004, physiotherapy is an independent department with physiotherapy as an integral part of the University.
The Jaipur Physiotherapy College has installed world class equipments and modalities to lay hands on and provide excellent exposure to the students with evidence based practice to promote research intensive environment at MVGU campus.
The students of JPTC are placed in reputed hospitals, colleges, universities, cricket teams and other sports teams, clinical set ups and have also become very successful entrepreneurs’ across the globe.
Students have also have the direct opportunity to publish their research papers/works in our patented “Journal of Medical and Dental Research” which gives them ample weightage for publishing their research works in the international journals.
